FOUNDATIONS fOR PERFORMANCE

And BEGINNER NOVICE

Registration Form

These classes are for students who would like to go on to compete in Rally and/or Competition Obedience. Strictly limited to 6.

Foundation skills:

  • Platform work with position changes
  • Pivot platform for fronts and heel position
  • Heel position and precision heeling
  • Scent Discrimination
  • Dumbbell hold and retrieve
  • Directed retrieve marking
  • Foundation for go-outs and directed jumping
  • Stays, and Stand for Exam
  • Recalls

This is a required prerequisite class for anyone who would like to enroll in Competition or Rally Obedience classes at Dog Days.

Dog must have completed the Companion Dog 2 class (or consent of instructor).

Prerequisite: Foundations for Performance or consent of instructor.

    Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

BEGINNER NOVICE AND COMPETITION OBEDIENCE FOUNDATIONS CLASS, instructor Joan Armstrong - EMAIL JOAN
6-week repeating sessions. Tuition is $130.
